Shipping

We use trusted companies like Canpar, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Uni Uni for shipping. Your order will be prepared within 1-2 days and will be shipped as soon as possible. Our delivery times are estimated depending on the shipping location. We ship worldwide. The shipping fee within Canada and USA is free, however, there might be a shipping fee if we ship to EU or Australia based on the size of the package.

Please note that longer pieces (over 72") are cut in half due to shipping restrictions.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. If the address was incorrect the refund will be issued only in case the order will be returned back to the us for non-delivery. For international orders this might be not possible since there are also fees associated with the return.

Depending on your local laws, some orders may be subject to your local tax laws, and it is customer's responsibility to pay these taxes and customs fees.

Customs, Tariffs and Taxes

We are a Canadian shop, and there are no additional fees for Canadian buyers. All prices for Canada already include GST/HST.
For U.S. customers, all brokerage fees and import-related charges are fully prepaid and included in the price.
For all other international buyers, import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are set by your country’s government and are the buyer’s responsibility. They are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
