Shipping, Damages, Returns and Refunds
Shipping
We use trusted companies like Canpar, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Uni Uni for shipping. Your order will be prepared within 1-2 days and will be shipped as soon as possible. Our delivery times are estimated depending on the shipping location. We ship worldwide. The shipping fee within Canada and USA is free, however, there might be a shipping fee if we ship to EU or Australia based on the size of the package.
Please note that longer pieces (over 72") are cut in half due to shipping restrictions.
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. If the address was incorrect the refund will be issued only in case the order will be returned back to the us for non-delivery. For international orders this might be not possible since there are also fees associated with the return.
Depending on your local laws, some orders may be subject to your local tax laws, and it is customer's responsibility to pay these taxes and customs fees.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@wondrwallz.com immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Please provide the photos of the packaging and the items inside.
Returns
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, without tracks of adhesive or nail holes, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your order is partially customized there is a 15% restocking fee, and if it is fully customized there is a 50% restocking fee.
If you wish to exchange or return the item please note that the return shipping fee will be covered by the buyer.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wondrwallz.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If the refund is initiated due to shipping issue or damage, we have to open a claim with the shipping company. The refund will be processed only after this claim has been approved.
