• 6 cm wide × 1.2 cm thick vertical battens
• 4 cm wide × 1.2 cm thick top shelf piece, installed on its side to create a subtle ledge/shelf effect

All molding pieces arrive individually pre-cut and pre-primed, ready for installation and painting.

For a simple adhesive installation, you will typically need:

• Construction adhesive
• Level
• Measuring tape
• Pencil
• Painter's or masking tape

The molding can also be installed using a brad nailer or finish nails.

If using nails, you may also need drywall compound or wood filler, a putty knife and a fine-grit sanding block to conceal nail holes and joints before painting.

Once installed, fill any seams or nail holes as needed, lightly sand and paint the molding and wall together for a seamless built-in appearance.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that longer molding pieces measuring 58" and over may be divided into shorter sections due to standard carrier shipping restrictions.

Where applicable, pieces are cut diagonally using a scarf joint. The diagonal seam makes the joint easier to fill, sand and conceal after installation and painting.

For board and batten kits, certain pieces may be divided using a straight cut unless otherwise requested.

If you would prefer your longer pieces to arrive in full lengths, please contact us before ordering. Oversized shipping may be available for an additional charge depending on the required lengths and your location.
